Policy
Please take some time to read some of our Policies and Documents for some beneficial information. Also included are items such as player sponsor request forms, scholarship forms, code of conduct incident forms, other forms.
Refunds will be issued based on when the request is received:
Prior to April 1 - Full amount less admin fee of $50
Between April 1-30 - 50% refund (including admin fee of $50)
After April 30 - No Refund
All refunds will be subject to the additional cost of the stick (if provided to new players)
Special Circumstance requests may be submitted to the board for consideration
All requests are to be submitted via the Refund Request Form
