Refunds will be issued based on when the request is received: 

Prior to April 1 - Full amount less admin fee of $50
Between April 1-30 - 50% refund (including admin fee of $50)
After April 30 - No Refund

All refunds will be subject to the additional cost of the stick (if provided to new players)

• Special Circumstance requests may be submitted to the board for consideration

• All requests are to be submitted via the Refund Request Form
