2026 U7 Grassroots Field LAX Volunteer/Coach Interest Form

No coaching certificate required. Only a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).  
This program will run once a week. Typically on a weeknight 1 hour.  U7 ages 5-6. In Peterborough
